Project Manager

About the role

Playtech is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within its gaming technology division. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure timely delivery of products, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑moving, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop short‑term and long‑term delivery plans and prioritize work across teams.
• Maintain clear communication through status reports, dashboards and regular stakeholder updates.
• Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies and guide teams in risk management.
• Mentor team members on best practices and contribute to process design and improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a software or IT setting.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills (Upper‑Intermediate or higher).
• Team‑player attitude with a collaborative mindset.
