Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to join our growing team. You will work closely with an experienced Project Manager, handling day‑to‑day coordination across multiple accounts, starting with template‑based AI projects and evolving into a support‑coordinator role on larger, more complex accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities, tasks, and deadlines across several accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date Jira/ClickUp project documentation.
• Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and follow up on action items.
• Support routine client communication and monitor client chats for urgent issues.
• Identify and flag risks, blockers, and dependencies to the senior Project Manager.
• Assist in coordinating template‑based AI projects, sprint planning, and backlog organization.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Upper‑intermediate (B2–C1) or higher English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, structured approach; comfortable working independently and within a team.
• Interest in project management, software development, and AI/emerging technologies.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
