Product Manager – Duomo App

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of Duomo, a faith‑based mobile app that helps users turn Scripture into daily habits. Reporting to the Product Lead, you will own product areas from problem discovery through delivery and measure their impact on user activation, engagement and lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product areas: research, solution design, delivery and outcome tracking.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing quick wins with long‑term bets.
• Run experiments and iterate to improve key metrics such as activation, engagement and LTV.
• Translate user insights into clear product goals and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering and Content teams to turn ideas into business impact.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience on a B2C product.
• Ability to break down vague visions into testable, measurable hypotheses.
• Outcome‑driven mindset, focusing on metrics rather than output.
• Comfort with fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and taking ownership.
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to challenge ideas.
