Product Designer

About the role

BetterMe is an all‑in‑one well‑being ecosystem that empowers millions to improve physically, mentally and emotionally. We are looking for a Product Designer to create high‑quality user interfaces for our global health & fitness apps.

Key responsibilities

• Develop hypotheses and design high‑quality user interfaces for a global audience.
• Create engaging designs and animations that align with user needs and business goals.
• Plan and conduct user research.
• Present design solutions to the team.
• Initiate and contribute to the development and improvement of our Health & Fitness apps.
• Collaborate actively with Product and Engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of ideas.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a similar Product Design role.
• Strong expertise in both UI and UX design with a user‑centered approach.
• Deep understanding of platform‑specific design patterns and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of iOS and Material Design guidelines.
• Proven experience in prototyping and designing interfaces for complex, task‑specific use cases.
• Experience creating design assets, motion/animations, and detailed design specifications for development.
• High attention to detail and strong visual design skills.
• Ability to set up and conduct user research processes.
• Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with development teams.
• Solid understanding of animation principles to enhance user experience.
• Basic understanding of mobile app development processes.
