Premises Manager – Dnipro

About the role

The International Committee of the Red Cross is seeking a Premises Manager for its Dnipro Sub‑delegation. The role is responsible for overseeing all ICRC premises and infrastructure in Dnipro, ensuring they meet operational, security and maintenance standards while supporting other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure office and accommodation space in line with organisational needs.
• Assess premises set‑up, including passive security measures, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate lease agreements and manage relationships with landlords, municipal authorities and service providers.
• Supervise the department that handles premises maintenance, including house‑keeping and technical staff.
• Organise and monitor external maintenance contracts and ensure timely repairs.
• Control expenses related to premises, maintenance and services, and oversee procurement of supplies in coordination with logistics.
• Maintain accurate files, statistics and inventories for all facilities.
• Contribute to the development of housing policy for the delegation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities, premises or property management.
• Ability to supervise staff, coordinate external contractors and manage budgets.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with municipal authorities, landlords and suppliers.
• Knowledge of security measures and lease administration.
