Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

ELVTR is scaling its paid acquisition channels rapidly and needs a specialist to own, optimise and report on the campaigns that bring students to its live online courses. This full‑time, remote position focuses on Meta Ads conversion campaigns and data‑driven performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Run and optimise Meta Ads conversion campaigns, managing audience splits, budgets and creative rotation.
• Track lead quality, keep CPL within KPI, and flag anomalies before they waste spend.
• Perform QA on audiences, exclusions, placements, attribution windows and naming conventions to maintain a clean account.
• Design and execute A/B tests, analyse results and iterate on underperforming ideas.
• Collaborate with producers, copywriters and designers, providing data‑driven feedback.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years hands‑on experience with conversion or performance marketing campaigns, preferably in‑house or agency.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher) and comfortable working independently with Meta Ads Manager.
• Proactive problem‑solver who addresses rising CPL, naming issues or repetitive tasks without escalation.
• Comfortable proposing unconventional ideas, testing them and owning the outcome.
• Uses AI tools by default for repetitive tasks and can explain creative performance with numbers.
