National Key Account Manager – Crop Protection

About the role

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a National Key Account Manager to lead its Crop Protection business with major agro‑holdings in Ukraine. The role focuses on managing existing customer and partner relationships, generating long‑term demand, and delivering profitable growth through product and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales accountability for defined key‑account agro‑holdings, covering both commercial and technological solutions.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships, negotiate contracts, and conduct competitive and profitability analyses.
• Assess customer needs, develop account strategies, and drive implementation of sales plans.
• Coordinate territory technical support services (TSS) to ensure customer success.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities, create bundled product offers, and influence business levers such as price, volume, growth, and margin.
• Collaborate with internal functions (Credit, R&D, Finance, Supply, Marketing, etc.) to align action plans and generate profitable growth.

Required profile

• Higher degree in agronomy, agricultural economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the agricultural industry, preferably in seeds and crop protection.
• Proven track record managing key accounts and delivering sales results.
