Middle QA Engineer – Manual/Web Testing (HealthTech)

About the role

We are seeking a Middle QA Engineer with strong manual and web testing experience to join a Fertility & Women’s Health platform project. This role goes beyond execution – you will work closely with the founder and developers, taking full ownership of quality assurance without a dedicated project manager.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end QA on the project, collaborating directly with the developer and client.
• Participate actively in client calls, ask clarifying questions, and flag risks or UX concerns early.
• Analyse existing product flows and detailed Jira tickets to build deep domain understanding.
• Coordinate blockers, dependencies, and releases as the team transitions ownership.

Required profile

• 2+ years of middle‑level QA experience, primarily manual/web testing.
• Good English (B2+) and strong communication skills for direct client interaction.
• Proactive, self‑sufficient mindset; able to identify gaps, risks, and unclear requirements independently.
• Confidence to constructively challenge ideas from a UX or product perspective.
• Organisational ability to follow project progress and support lightweight team coordination.
