MHPSS Associate – Information Management & Reporting

About the role

The International Organization for Migration is seeking a motivated MHPSS Associate to support the information management and reporting functions of its Mental Health and Psychosocial Support programme in Kyiv, Ukraine. Working under the Chief of Mission and the Head of Programmes (Humanitarian) and directly supervised by the Programme Officer (MHPSS), the incumbent will ensure accurate data handling and timely reporting for programme activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the information management and reporting component of the MHPSS programme.
• Compile, manage, and analyse programme data to produce regular and ad‑hoc reports.
• Draft reports, correspondence, and other programme documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the programme team.
• Maintain data quality and ensure compliance with IOM reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, social sciences, public administration, or related field with at least three years relevant experience, OR high school diploma with five years experience.
• Experience in programme support, information management, reporting, or administrative functions.
• Proven ability to compile, analyse and report on programme data.
• Knowledge of humanitarian contexts and MHPSS interventions in Ukraine is an asset.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced PC and data‑analysis skills.
• Strong written communication for drafting reports and documentation.
