Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Analyst (UNDP)

About the role

The Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Analyst will support the design, implementation, coordination and monitoring of MHPSS initiatives under UNDP's Area-Based Recovery Framework in Ukraine. The role focuses on strengthening community‑based MHPSS systems and services across Dnipro, Kharkiv or Mykolaiv.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, planning and implementation of MHPSS initiatives, providing technical inputs for strategies, concepts, project documents and grant initiatives.
• Support community‑level assessments, mapping services, identifying gaps and developing recommendations to improve accessibility and quality of MHPSS services.
• Coordinate implementation with partners, monitor progress, review deliverables and address challenges to ensure timely results.
• Monitor and analyse results of interventions, prepare programme reports, analytical materials and knowledge‑sharing documentation.
• Promote gender equality, diversity and a safe, inclusive workplace in line with UNDP policies.
