Market Access & Government Affairs Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Market Access & Government Affairs Manager to lead the development and execution of health economics, pricing, and market access strategies for its pharmaceutical portfolio in Ukraine. The role will ensure competitive advantage and facilitate product adoption across the entire lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement systematic market access, health economics, and pricing strategies for J&J’s portfolio.
• Lead stakeholder mapping and management, building strong relationships with the Ministry of Health, State Expert Center, patient associations, NGOs, and key opinion leaders.
• Advocate for market access strategies in line with company policies and report progress to internal units.
• Represent the company in public affairs and market access forums to enhance corporate image and relationships.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to integrate market access tools throughout product development and launch phases.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create and execute health economics, market access, and pricing strategies.
• Experience engaging with government bodies, public affairs organizations, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
