Junior Security Analyst

About the role

Join a global provider of energy industry solutions as a Junior Security Analyst. You will work in a cross‑functional, Scrum‑based team, supporting software systems in the Oil & Gas domain while developing your security expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Quickly learn new technologies and improve proficiency.
• Follow up with developers on open vulnerabilities and share reports of open and closed findings.
• Develop unique, effective security strategies for software systems, networks, and cloud providers.
• Safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required profile

• Understanding of cyber‑security definitions such as vulnerability, attack vector, threat, security risk, SAST, DAST, WAF.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems (Windows and Linux).
• Basic programming concepts, preferably Python.
• Very good English (B2 Upper‑Intermediate) to work in a multinational team.
