Junior SAP Support Specialist

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Junior SAP Support Specialist to join its team and provide 2nd‑level support to clients. This remote position is open to candidates residing in Ukraine and offers the chance to develop SAP Customer Experience expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd‑level support, handling incident and service tickets in line with SLA requirements.
• Perform technical monitoring, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP solution.
• Collaborate with the IT team and end users to analyse, reproduce and resolve problems.
• Use Jira and Confluence for ticket tracking, project coordination and documentation.
• Give feedback and recommendations for improvements to the custom solution.
• Document support processes, resolutions and client interactions accurately.

Required profile

• Motivated individual eager to learn.
• Understanding of business processes within a corporate environment.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2+) – spoken and written.
• Residence in Ukraine (remote work is only for candidates based in Ukraine).
• Practical experience identifying and resolving technical issues with a solution.
