Junior Legal & Compliance Specialist (Spanish)

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions as a Junior Legal and Compliance Specialist, supporting the legal team across Ukraine. You will help ensure that business operations comply with internal policies and external regulations while leveraging your Spanish language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
• Review and validate intellectual‑property materials such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, and licensing agreements.
• Maintain contract templates and ensure they align with legal standards and business needs.
• Define and track legal and compliance performance metrics and use KPIs for strategic planning.
• Lead or contribute to legal and compliance process‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Confident English and Spanish communication (minimum B1+/B2 level).
