Junior Digital Content Specialist – Hybrid/Remote (Lviv)

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions’ Global Training & Learning Hub as a Junior Digital Content Specialist. You will create engaging e‑learning materials that support Nestlé’s worldwide operations, working in a hybrid setting from Lviv or remotely across Ukraine.

Key responsibilities

• Interview requestors, conduct needs analysis and define the vision for each learning project.
• Design and develop e‑learning modules, training materials and customized curricula aligned with Nestlé’s brand identity.
• Execute projects using Agile methodology, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate regularly with corporate stakeholders and subject‑matter experts throughout project lifecycles.
• Continuously improve content creation processes by applying business and design insights and exploring new tools.

Required profile

• Experience with content creation tools such as BOOST, Adobe After Effects, and Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise).
• Understanding of basic design principles and graphic design software.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a creative mindset for engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning of the latest trends and technologies in content design.
• Upper‑Intermediate English level or higher.
