Investment Analyst – Private Equity

About the role

Dragon Capital is a leading Ukrainian investment and financial services group. We are seeking an Investment Analyst/Senior Investment Analyst to join our investment team and support all stages of the private equity cycle, from sourcing to exits.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑depth analysis and market research of potential investment targets across a wide range of sectors.
• Provide support in completing transactions, including origination, due diligence, valuations, and term‑sheet preparation.
• Build financial models from scratch and create pitch decks and other presentation materials.
• Monitor portfolio companies’ performance and analyse operating and financial information.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Fluency in English (required).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and business‑modeling abilities with a solid understanding of valuation concepts.
