International Tax Lawyer (Platform)

About the role

Skelar is seeking an International Tax Lawyer to join its Platform team in Kyiv. You will work closely with founders and business units, providing tax expertise for cross‑border transactions, market entry strategies and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive tax analysis of complex international transactions and structures.
• Design and implement best‑practice tax procedures across the Group’s daily operations.
• Monitor and analyse legislative initiatives in international taxation.
• Deliver tailor‑made tax and structuring solutions for new market expansions and product launches.
• Advise colleagues from various departments on tax implications of business decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in law firms, Big 4, or top‑tier corporate legal departments.
• Law degree from a Ukrainian or foreign university.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude and ability to translate complex legal issues into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal abilities.
