Infographic Designer

About the role

The Governance Team is looking for an Infographic / Presentation Designer in Kyiv to support the creation, beautification and professional polishing of business presentations and reports. The main focus is turning business information, data and complex ideas into clear, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for audiences such as management and leadership, working closely with R&A team members and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create and polish Microsoft PowerPoint presentations in line with corporate design standards and business requirements.
• Transform complex information and data into clear, concise visual stories.
• Create infographics, diagrams, charts, timelines, process flows and other visual elements.
• Improve slide layouts, structure, visual hierarchy, readability and consistency.
• Adapt the presentation style to the target audience, including senior management.
• Create and maintain reusable PowerPoint slides, templates and visual assets.
• Improve existing presentations while preserving their original message and content.
• Compile, format and visually improve Microsoft Word documents and reports.
• Edit visual assets with Adobe Photoshop when required.
• Collaborate with Governance team members and stakeholders to meet agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in professional presentation design, beautification and polishing.
• Strong understanding of presentation design principles: composition, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, alignment and consistency.
• Ability to turn complex information into engaging infographics and visualizations.
• Experience creating charts, diagrams, process flows and timelines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data used in presentations.
• Ability to follow corporate branding guidelines and templates.
• Nice to have: Ukrainian at C2 and English at B2.
