Inclusive Psychosocial Support Expert

About the role

The Inclusive Psychosocial Support (PSS) Expert will provide scientific and methodological assistance to establish a new state institution that supports a network of Inclusive Resource Centres. The role focuses on strengthening psychological and psychosocial components of inclusive education services using evidence‑based methods and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt evidence‑based psychosocial support methodologies for inclusive education.
• Create quality standards, practical tools, and guidelines for Inclusive Resource Centres.
• Support capacity‑strengthening initiatives for staff, families, and education professionals.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of trauma‑informed, inclusive services.
• Collaborate with the Inclusive Education Manager and Ministry stakeholders to ensure methodological coherence.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related field.
• Experience in designing and delivering psychosocial support within inclusive education settings.
• Familiarity with trauma‑informed approaches and evidence‑based practices.
• Strong analytical and methodological skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate in English.
