About the role

Sigma Software is looking for a proactive HR People Partner to join its friendly, professional team. This middle‑level position offers a flexible work format, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations while supporting employee growth, engagement, and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personnel evaluation and development processes.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings and interviews.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
• Contribute to employee motivation initiatives and corporate culture activities.
• Assist with employment, position transfers, rotations, and dismissals.
• Help organize corporate events.
• Maintain and update the staff database.
• Support the development and implementation of personnel policies.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Full‑cycle HR experience covering adaptation, motivation, development, and retention.
• Experience with HR interviewing and policy creation.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
• Highly self‑driven, ownership‑oriented, and adaptable to fast‑changing market conditions.
