Head of Marketing – Mobile Apps

About the role

Clario is seeking a senior marketing leader to own and scale the acquisition engine for its portfolio of subscription‑based mobile applications. You will drive performance marketing, creative experimentation, and team development while managing a multi‑digit monthly spend.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy across all mobile products.
• Own product‑wide CPA, optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for efficiency and volume.
• Scale acquisition through continuous experimentation and testing of new user‑acquisition channels.
• Oversee end‑to‑end performance tracking, from portfolio P&L to channel KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the UA and Creative Production teams.
• Improve marketing processes, tools, and methodologies across product teams.
• Drive team performance with regular feedback, evaluations, and development plans.
• Evaluate, test, and implement new MarTech tools to increase speed and insight.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2C performance marketing experience, preferably in mobile/web (Tier‑1 markets).
• Proven track record as a Head of Performance, UA Lead, or similar senior role.
• Experience managing large‑scale acquisition budgets and subscription‑based products.
• Strong leadership and ability to translate business goals into measurable growth plans.
