Head of Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Integration—a technically grounded leader who will own and scale our integration function as we move from early‑stage deployments into full operational tempo. The role sits at the intersection of vendor integration and customer integration, ensuring our software runs on a variety of aerial, ground, and maritime platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end integration of third‑party solutions into the Swarmer stack and lead R&D initiatives for new platform integrations.
• Build and scale the integration organization: define team structure, hire and develop leads, and create predictable integration workflows.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with solid working knowledge of embedded systems, Linux, and hardware platforms.
• Experience managing engineering teams and leading multiple sub‑teams.
• Hands‑on experience at the intersection of software and hardware.
• Systematic approach to scoping, estimating, and delivering projects.
• Excellent documentation discipline using Jira, process docs, and integration playbooks.
• Great organizational and communication skills to align stakeholders.
• Stress resilience, fast problem‑solving, and ownership‑driven mindset.
• Excellent English proficiency.
