Growth Manager (Pre-Sales)

About the role

Kindgeek is seeking an organised, process‑driven Growth Manager (Pre‑Sales) to turn inbound interest into trusted client relationships and polished proposals. You will own the engagement process from the first discovery call through to a final proposal and continuously improve the workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end proposal process, from discovery calls to assembling, preparing and presenting proposals.
• Qualify inbound leads, gather requirements and scope each proposal.
• Coordinate input from delivery, technical and marketing teams to build accurate, well‑structured proposals.
• Nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout the engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot.
• Track key metrics and share insights to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in project management, pre‑sales coordination, client engagement or business development within the IT domain.
• Hands‑on experience preparing and assembling proposals (RFPs, estimates, presentations).
• Strong organisational and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with inbound leads from qualification to proposal.
• Upper‑Intermediate (B2) or higher English with excellent verbal and written communication.
