Ecommerce Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to own the creative strategy for a portfolio of e‑commerce brands. You will research, ideate, write, brief, and analyse ad copy across Meta, TikTok, Google and Amazon, ensuring each campaign drives revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Research product, reviews, competitor ads and market to uncover winning angles.
• Build customer avatars and track competitor creative across platforms.
• Develop testing roadmaps, write direct‑response copy for video scripts, UGC briefs, headlines, landing pages and Amazon listings.
• Brief designers and content creators, manage weekly ad plans in Asana and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyse performance data with Growth Strategists, produce weekly Creative Reports and maintain testing logs.
• Continuously improve research templates, brief formats and AI‑assisted workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on performance copywriting for e‑commerce physical products.
• Portfolio of paid ads with measurable results and ability to explain outcomes.
• Strong direct‑response writing for both short‑form hooks and long‑form landing pages.
• Fluent English, comfortable presenting to clients.
• Detail‑oriented, autonomous and able to manage multiple brands.
