Digital Marketing Specialist (TikTok Ads)

About the role

BetterMe is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on TikTok Ads to drive user acquisition and scale the platform across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale TikTok as a key acquisition channel, using AI‑powered tools for rapid testing.
• Identify emerging TikTok trends, sounds and formats and turn them into creative hypotheses.
• Run A/B tests on campaigns, audiences and ad creatives to continuously improve performance.
• Translate performance insights into actionable briefs for the creative team, emphasizing native, platform‑first creatives.
• Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to build full‑funnel acquisition strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets, report on channel performance and forecast the impact of user acquisition activities on key business metrics.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with hands‑on TikTok Ads management.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding and attribution.
• Proactive mindset with a drive to generate ideas and find solutions.
• Experience in partner communication and negotiations is a plus.
