Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist

About the role

AMC Bridge is seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist to help a leading manufacturing software vendor meet the upcoming European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) requirements. You will work remotely from Ukraine, collaborating closely with engineering teams to assess and improve product security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Review product development and security processes from a CRA compliance perspective.
• Assess cybersecurity risks, identify compliance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support the creation and execution of a CRA compliance roadmap.
• Collaborate with software engineers and technical stakeholders to address security and compliance issues.
• Participate in regular project meetings and provide cybersecurity guidance.
• Monitor compliance activities and report findings, risks, and recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security compliance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• Upper‑Intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Required skills

• Practical experience with Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance.
• Conducting cybersecurity assessments, audits, or compliance reviews.
• Understanding of software security principles and secure software development practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance processes.
• Ability to identify compliance gaps and deliver actionable recommendations.
