Cloud Security Specialist

About the role

The position is based in Kyiv and works within the Cloud Security Team, focusing on hands‑on implementation and management of security measures, tools, and best practices in the client’s cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers implement security controls aligned with Microsoft Azure and M365 E5 security services.
• Perform hands‑on activities such as demos, presentations, PoCs, and PoVs to support customers evaluating native security solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, sharing cloud security knowledge, experience, and best practices.
• Assist account managers in the pre‑sales process when needed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to demonstrate the value of security technology implementations.
• Collaborate with cloud solution architects to develop complex end‑to‑end enterprise solutions on the Microsoft security platform.
• Develop technical documentation of system configurations and installations.

Required skills

• At least 5 years of IT experience with a primary focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of hybrid identity principles and practical experience with Entra ID integration scenarios.
• Implementation of Entra Premium features such as Conditional Access, Identity Protection and Identity Governance.
• Technical experience with Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server (2013/2016/2019) and Exchange hybrid integration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory Federation Service and Active Directory Rights Management Services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Purview.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (SC‑200, SC‑300, SC‑400, AZ‑500) are a plus.
