Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Operations Director

About the role

Twist Robotics is seeking a senior leader to design and run a predictable, efficient, and data‑driven operational ecosystem across R&D, manufacturing, logistics and service. The role will shape the operational backbone of a fast‑growing UAV and AI solutions company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations across R&D, manufacturing, logistics and after‑sales service.
• Implement and integrate digital systems such as ERP, MES and PLM, and automate core processes.
• Establish transparent KPI frameworks and operational dashboards for real‑time performance monitoring.
• Manage production capacity, resource allocation and cross‑team workflows.
• Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance and reliability of UAV and AI offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations leadership within manufacturing, engineering, drone technology or hardware.
• Strong background in building and automating processes.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strategic thinking, operational discipline and focus on measurable results.
