Channel Business Development Manager

About the role

As a Channel Business Development Manager you will drive the growth of Huawei's Enterprise channel business across Ukraine. You will identify and develop relationships with Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 partners, ensuring Huawei remains the preferred choice in a fast‑evolving market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the channel strategy for Enterprise products, recruiting and nurturing Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 partners.
• Maintain strong partnerships with distributors, EPCs and installers, supporting business planning and sales enablement.
• Coordinate with internal EBG, Sales, Service and Solution teams to ensure smooth partner operations and avoid channel conflicts.
• Collect market data, perform competitor analysis and provide forecasts and insights for regional management.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in channel or partner management, preferably in Enterprise ICT.
• Proven success managing distribution and installer networks and driving indirect sales.
• Strong understanding of Ukrainian Enterprise ICT markets, including Datacom, Storage and Optics.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, IT or Business Administration.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Ukraine and occasionally abroad.
