B2B Sales Manager (batteries for UAVs)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive B2B Sales Manager to develop the Ukrainian market for custom lithium‑ion and lithium‑polymer battery packs for UAV manufacturers. You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals and building long‑term partnerships, while receiving strong support from the company’s headquarters and technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients’ technical requirements and product integration needs.
• Present and sell custom‑made battery pack solutions to UAV manufacturers.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct product presentations, consultations and technical discussions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including negotiations and closing.
• Prepare tailored solutions based on technical and commercial requirements.
• Develop the company’s partner network in Ukraine.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions and meetings.
• Handle client issues professionally to ensure long‑term satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience with UAV manufacturers or related technical fields is preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, client relationship management and technical coordination.
• Ability to grasp technical products and communicate their value clearly.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Willingness to travel across Ukraine for meetings and events.
• Proactive, independent mindset with a focus on results.
