Associate Lawyer – Dispute Resolution (Kyiv)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution team in Kyiv. You will work on high‑profile international investment and commercial arbitrations, as well as cross‑border and local litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients in court hearings and arbitration proceedings.
• Provide full‑service support for commercial, administrative and civil court cases.
• Handle compliance, sanctions and white‑collar crime matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other offices on multi‑sector projects (energy, retail, pharmaceutical, finance, infrastructure).

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of full‑time experience in dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration.
• Qualified to practice law in Ukraine with a law degree from a reputable university.
• Strong business English and excellent Ukrainian language skills.
• Ability to manage competing demands, work under pressure and learn continuously.

Required skills

• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents in English and Ukrainian.
• Familiarity with international arbitration rules and Ukrainian court procedures.
