AI Solutions Specialist

About the role

PwC is seeking an enthusiastic AI professional to design and deliver AI‑driven solutions for business challenges. Working closely with the AI Tech Lead, you will own end‑to‑end AI initiatives, from gathering requirements to deploying functional models, while experimenting with cutting‑edge tools.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and deliver one or more AI‑related projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI adoption opportunities.
• Design and implement solutions using Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), workflow automation, and Generative AI models.
• Create, test, and optimise prompts for diverse use cases.
• Evaluate and experiment with new AI tools, models and capabilities.
• Support solution design, testing and implementation activities.
• Coordinate junior team members, define tasks and review deliverables.
• Contribute reusable AI components, best practices and internal knowledge sharing.
• Participate in proof‑of‑concept and pilot initiatives.
• Identify innovation opportunities and propose new AI solutions.

Required profile

• Genuine interest and passion for Artificial Intelligence.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Approximately two years of hands‑on experience with AI tools or AI‑powered solutions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
