AI-DNA Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an AI‑DNA Solutions Engineer who will design and operate AI‑first enablement systems for Fortune 100 customers. In this role you will build prompts, agent workflows and knowledge bases that let AI handle onboarding, demos and training at enterprise scale.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard enterprise clients to community engagement and social‑media management platforms, running structured sessions that accelerate user value.
• Design, prepare and deliver product demos and executive presentations, managing demo environments, storylines and real‑time feature coverage.
• Own and continuously update documentation and training materials using AI agents and verification workflows you create.
• Develop and refine the AI‑native system – prompts, skills, context, knowledge bases and feedback loops – to reduce human intervention over time.
• Transform recurring customer questions into self‑serve resources and feed product feedback into the system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with enterprise community engagement or social‑media management platforms.
• Proven customer‑facing ability to run live demos, trainings or onboarding for large enterprise buyers.
• Strong quality discipline: verify every AI‑generated output against the live product.
• Ownership mindset with a proactive, mission‑driven approach to solving blockers.

Required skills

• Experience building AI assistants or chat‑bots over structured knowledge bases.
