Admin Specialist

About the role

BetterMe is looking for an Admin Specialist to manage and enrich the content on our wellness platform. You will work with a variety of media files, coordinate a remote team, and ensure high‑quality content reaches our users.

Key responsibilities

• Add and edit video, photo, audio, text, and workout‑builder content in the admin panel.
• Perform final content reviews before publication.
• Coordinate remote team members, assign tasks, and monitor delivery timelines.
• Manage content population processes, propose improvements, and streamline workflows.
• Administer the content database: collect, structure, organize, and audit materials for relevance and accuracy.

Required profile

• Experience working with CMS or admin panels and an understanding of builder logic.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, self‑organization, and a proactive attitude toward process optimisation.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of information.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both spoken and written.
