Account Manager / Sales Agent (English, +AR/BG/RO/CZ)

About the role

AutoBidMaster, a global marketplace for buying and importing vehicles from US auto auctions, is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Sales Agent for its International Sales Team in Zhytomyr. The role suits someone who can adapt their pitch to any customer, from a nervous first-time bidder to a high-volume B2B dealer, and sell cars to a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with daily leads and guide them on how to buy cars from US auto auctions through the platform.
• Handle the full purchase cycle: advise on the winning bid, guide payments and coordinate final delivery at the buyer's destination.
• Grow assigned accounts and consistently meet monthly sales goals.
• Provide support, gather feedback and build relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer and internal global team inquiries.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English (additional Arabic, Bulgarian, Romanian or Czech is an advantage).
• Experience in car sales or a strong understanding of the US auto auction industry.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills, able to overcome objections and close sales.
• Ability to prioritise, manage several accounts at once and keep accurate records.

What we offer

• Full-time, long-term B2B contract, onsite in Zhytomyr, with working hours 15:00–00:00 (Kyiv time) and paid leave for all US public holidays.
• Base compensation plus uncapped commissions on sales volume.
