Account Manager – Enterprise Clients (Hybrid, Lviv)

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers, acting as their main point of contact
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts and drive long‑term value
• Understand client needs and align them with the right technology and licensing solutions
• Lead commercial discussions, guide customers through renewals, and deliver clear presentations or workshops
• Collaborate closely with internal delivery, operations, and vendor teams to ensure great customer experiences
• Stay informed about Microsoft and other major vendors’ portfolios, industry trends, and market developments
• Maintain accurate forecasts and consistently achieve sales goals

Required profile

• Experience in enterprise sales, ideally in software, cloud, or IT services
• Proven ability to manage accounts and build relationships at all levels, including C‑level
• Consultative mindset – listening, understanding, and proposing value‑driven solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, international setting
