Remote Graphic Designer (Ad Creatives)

About the role

Client Accelerators is a direct-response advertising agency that helps coaches, consultants, experts and course creators generate more leads, booked calls and sales by running ads, setting up tracking, analyzing data and producing full-cycle creatives. It is looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who understands ad creative psychology and works closely with Content Creators, Copywriters and Media Buyers to produce scroll-stopping creatives.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 20+ high-quality design assets per day (ad creatives, story assets, carousels, thumbnails, banners)
• Maintain a revision rate below 10% and self-review work before submission
• Keep 95%+ of assets aligned with brand guidelines and build a style guide for each client
• Propose 2-3 new creative ideas per week and review metrics such as CTR, CPC and ROAS with Media Buyers
• Meet deadlines, keep working files organized and collaborate with copywriters, media buyers and account managers

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Canva Pro (Figma/After Effects a plus)
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Strong collaboration and adaptability to feedback and performance data
