Junior Deforestation Regulation Support Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions as a Junior Deforestation Regulation Support Specialist, supporting the implementation of the new EU Deforestation Regulation across the Lviv region. You will work within a multinational, hybrid team to ensure raw‑material traceability and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain traceability of raw materials and products in line with EU deforestation requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, import/export teams, distribution centres and the Sustainability manager to meet compliance targets.
• Enter and verify data in SAP, linking it to the Nestlé Supplier Portal and Farmer Connect.
• Support import and export operations by coordinating regulatory documentation.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives that align Nestlé’s operations with EU deforestation goals.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail, ability to handle large data volumes and work collaboratively.
• Customer‑focused mindset and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP (knowledge is a plus).
• Good command of MS Office applications.
