IFRS Reporting Analyst

About the role

MGID is seeking an IFRS Reporting Analyst to join its Group Reporting team in Kyiv. The role will ensure accurate, consistent, and timely financial reporting across the international group, focusing on IFRS compliance, consolidation and inter‑company processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly inter‑company reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with local finance teams.
• Prepare and maintain standardized Group IFRS reporting packages and support the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Maintain and review local‑to‑Group Chart of Accounts mappings, ensuring consistent classification across entities.
• Support the transformation of local GAAP data to IFRS, including validation, adjustment and documentation.
• Assist Group and local statutory audits by providing required schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardisation of reporting processes, templates and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 2‑3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit or a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and practical experience applying them.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and Ukrainian.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for large data sets.
• Proficiency with IFRS standards and their application.
