DevOps Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure (Ukraine)

About the role

Join a leading engineering services firm to help a global mass‑media client build and maintain secure, high‑performing cloud‑native platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders and engineers to design, optimise, and support critical infrastructure across AWS and GCP environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and clarify technical and business requirements.
• Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code principles.
• Provide recommendations for platform improvements, automation and system optimisation.
• Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable software delivery.
• Support Kubernetes‑based environments and cloud‑native applications.
• Review code, infrastructure configurations and deployment processes, mentoring team members.
• Ensure high standards of security, scalability, reliability and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment and platform issues.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services and Terraform.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Drone).
• Solid understanding of Service‑Oriented Architecture.
• Experience managing SSL certificates and AWS Route 53 integrations.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
• Nice‑to‑have experience with Google Cloud Platform.
