Deforestation Regulation Support Specialist

About the role

Join Nestle Business Solutions as a Deforestation Regulation Support Specialist, helping the company meet the new EU Deforestation Regulation while ensuring traceability of raw materials and products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain traceability of raw materials and finished products in compliance with EU deforestation rules.
• Collaborate with suppliers, import/export teams, distribution centers and the Sustainability manager to meet regulatory requirements.
• Record and manage data in SAP, ensuring integration with the Nestle Supplier Portal and Farmer Connect.
• Support import and export operations by coordinating regulatory compliance with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives by aligning operations with EU deforestation goals and improving traceability practices.

Required profile

• University graduate (degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field is a plus).
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data volumes.
• Team‑player with good communication, planning and coordination skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to adapt in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
