Deforestation Regulation Support Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions as a Deforestation Regulation Support Specialist and help ensure that raw material and product traceability complies with the new EU Deforestation Regulation. You will work within the T‑Hub team, collaborating with suppliers, import/export teams, distribution centers and the Sustainability manager.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain traceability records in SAP and ensure integration with Nestlé Supplier Portal and Farmer Connect.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance for import and export operations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to meet EU deforestation requirements.
• Support sustainability initiatives by aligning operations with EU deforestation goals.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data volumes.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel
• SAP (knowledge is a plus)
• Microsoft Office suite
