Deforestation Regulation Support Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions as a Deforestation Regulation Support Specialist, helping the company meet the new EU Deforestation Regulation. You will work in a hybrid setting from Lviv, collaborating with suppliers, import/export teams and sustainability managers to ensure traceability of raw materials and products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain traceability of raw materials and products in line with EU deforestation requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, market import/export teams, distribution centres and the Sustainability Manager to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Record and manage data in SAP, linking it with the Nestlé Supplier Portal and Farmer Connect.
• Support import and export operations by coordinating compliance with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives, aligning operations with EU deforestation goals and improving traceability practices.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data volumes.
• Team‑player with good communication, planning and coordination abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset and adaptability to a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
