Data Scientist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to design, prototype and ship machine‑learning‑powered products at B2C scale. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment, turning complex business problems into robust AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end ML pipelines, from data extraction in SQL warehouses to model serialization and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate models into production systems.
• Design and implement recommender systems, natural‑language‑processing models, and other predictive algorithms.
• Maintain and improve model retraining and serving infrastructure.
• Communicate model design and results clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of industry experience in machine learning or data science.
• Advanced degree in machine learning, computer science, statistics, mathematics or a related quantitative field.
• Proven track record of shipping ML products at B2C‑like scale.
• Strong grasp of ML fundamentals and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• SQL and experience with data warehouses such as Redshift or Snowflake.
• TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Building recommender systems and NLP models.
