Contract Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Management Specialist to join Nestlé Business Solutions’ Legal team in Lviv. The role supports the legal function by managing contracts, ensuring compliance and maintaining corporate data.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update contracts and contract records within defined timelines and accuracy standards.
• Analyze materials for compliance with applicable legislation.
• Support platforms and shared folders that track legislative changes and knowledge resources.
• Develop best‑practice guides and automate contract templates.
• Report traffic, effectiveness and efficiency metrics to stakeholders.
• Manage corporate data across the organization.

Required profile

• Proficiency in international legal matters.
• Knowledge of Entities Management System administration.
• 1‑2 years experience in a legal office (assistant role is a plus).
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and work with contracts.
• Strong learning agility and attention to detail.
• English language proficiency at B1+/B2 level.
