AI Solution Architect

About the role

EPAM is looking for an AI Solution Architect with strong software engineering expertise and a passion for Generative AI. You will design and implement advanced AI solutions for both client projects and internal products, tackling complex technical challenges and driving innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced Generative AI solutions for complex business problems.
• Develop, refine, and optimise AI components within EPAM’s in‑house products.
• Integrate AI capabilities into client‑specific projects and address unique requirements.
• Resolve unpredictable technical and infrastructural challenges.
• Adopt new technologies and methodologies to keep development practices innovative.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a software architect or in a senior development role.
• Strong motivation for hands‑on coding beyond architectural design.
• Interest in continuous professional growth within Generative AI.
• Enthusiasm for both internal product development and external AI integration projects.

Required skills

• Python (including Generative AI frameworks).
• Java.NET, C/C++, JavaScript.
• Experience with production‑grade Generative AI systems, prompt engineering and integration.
