About the role

The World Health Organization is seeking a Technical Officer to support Emergency Medical Teams in Ukraine, contributing to the implementation of the General Programme of Work (GPW14) and the European Programme of Work (EPW2).

Key responsibilities

Operationalise GPW14 and EPW2 in the country context.
Provide authoritative evidence, norms, policies and best practices to inform national public health decision‑making.
Coordinate with national stakeholders and partners to align strategies and support multisectoral health responses.
Track and manage cross‑border health threats.
