Sales Executive – Ukraine

About the role

As a Sales Executive for Glovo in Ukraine, you will be the front‑line partner for local restaurants and brands, bringing them onto our fast‑growing delivery platform. You will work closely with a cross‑functional sales team and report to the Area Manager, focusing on the Kyiv region and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prospect portfolio of restaurants and corporate customers.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Head of Sales and Area Manager.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to transition new partners to long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate sales plans and share market insights with the sales leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of high‑performance sales experience, handling complex deals.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Proactive, autonomous, and excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partners’ business data.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and a “never take no for an answer” attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
