Retail Sales Executive

About the role

As a Retail Sales Executive you will join Glovo’s Sales Retail team to bring local stores and brands onto the Glovo platform. You will work closely with other sales executives and a cross‑functional local team to build a pipeline of partners across Kyiv and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and build a portfolio of local restaurants and retailers.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate sales plans with the Head of Sales and Account Management team.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by Area Managers or Head of Sales.
• Monitor partner performance and provide feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of high‑performance sales experience handling complex deals.
• Strong communication, influence and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, autonomous and able to manage long‑term negotiations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess partners’ business data.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and a “never take no for an answer” attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
