HR Admin Specialist (Dutch)

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions, a global team delivering smart, efficient HR solutions. We are looking for an HR Admin Specialist with Dutch language skills to support personal administration, time management, payroll and reporting for our Ukrainian operations.

Key responsibilities

• Personal Administration – processing hires, rehires, transfers, promotions, terminations and personal data updates in SAP/SuccessFactors.
• Time Management – maintaining work schedules, resolving anomalies, managing absences and attendance, and evaluating time records.
• Payroll administration – handling additional and recurring payments, deductions and related payroll tasks.
• Reporting – preparing internal reports and statutory reports for state authorities.
• KPIs and analysis – monitoring KPI trends, conducting root‑cause analysis and supporting problem‑solving.
• System changes – initiating changes, leading testing of SAP/SuccessFactors configuration settings.
• Project participation – contributing to standardisation projects and contact‑center activities.

Required profile

• Team player with a customer‑first mindset.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Strong attention to detail and fast learning ability.
• Adaptable to change and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with large‑volume data extraction and analysis.
• Well‑organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
